Accommodation rates per person/ night
Please check the 'Other items' below to be fully aware about mandatory fees payable on site.
Guests should bring their cosmetics: shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste etc. as these are not provided (except where specified on our accommodation specifications).
All above rates are on full-board basis including normal soft drinks (cola, fanta, sprite), water from dispensers, coffee & tea. Diet drinks, specialty coffees, juices and snacks are subject to extra charge.
Check-in is available from 14:00:
Check-out (vacating the room and payment of the final invoice) should be completed by 12pm (midday):

Two dives are offered as orientation dives on the house reef on the first day and excursions may be taken from the second day.
Our Excursion Package includes Inner Range Excursions only (a supplement applies for outer range excursions) and excludes National Park/Entry fees. Please see our factsheet or dive sites page for more information.
Guests with our House Reef Package can book and pay for excursions on site at the rates and fees listed below.
Excursions can be booked on site only and should be reconfirmed at 5pm the day before.
Minimum numbers apply to all of our excursions.
On-site package upgrades will be charge at the public rate.
Compulsory fee applies for hyperbaric chamber support program for all divers (Foreigners: €7 / Egyptians & Foreign Residents: 210LE).
Diving activities cannot be guaranteed for those who have not informed our reservations team in advance that they are intending to dive with us.
On-site Diving Extras
For divers prices for all the above on-site diving extras apply on top of a house reef diving package/diving day price.
From 1st November 2023 our prices for on-site diving activities have increased to include the new entertainment and amusement tax (10%).
Inner Range sites from Marsa Shagra and Marsa Nakari are visited for 2 dives per trip only.

Technical Dives
All rates for technical dives include Elphinstone/transport supplement, guide, twinset, 1 x stage regulator and stage rigging kit.
CCR Packages and Dives
Prices for CCR tank rental and Sofnolime can be found under 'Technical Diving Rental Equipment and Gases' on our Equipment Rental price list.
5% discount is offered for the second CCR Elphinstone '2 pax' excursion , and 10% for the third CCR Elphinstone '2 pax' excursion during the same stay.

PADI Materials & Compulsory Items
PADI materials are compulsory starting January 1, 2006. Student can pre-purchase material online or on site in our diving centre. Guests who bring pre-purchased PADI materials should bring proof of purchase. PADI rates for manuals and certification are subject to change without notice.
All teaching materials (e-codes) are non refundable.
PADI Technical Diving Courses (TecRec)
Courses will not necessarily start on the arrival day and could start on the following day.
Prices exclude compulsory PADI materials and certification fees.

Our free diving packages include unlimited free diving on the house reef, freediving buoy station, personal weights, orientation dive, dive shade facilities and house reef zodiac use for the duration of the package.
The free diving buoy station is offered as follows: Up to 3 pax: 1 station, 4-7 pax: 2 stations, 8 pax: 3 stations
For 9 pax or more our RIB station is offered instead of the buoy stations.
Free diving packages are available for a minimum of 2 certified free divers. Those who do not wish to have a package can rent personal weights only, according to our free diving equipment price list.
To ensure availability of free diving equipment, services and facilities, our reservations team must be informed before arrival (as early as possible).

Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are given by our in house yoga teacher during sunrise and sunset. The exact schedule is available at the reception.
Private Classes need to be booked in advance and are available outside regular daily classes.

Not included: Accommodation, Transportation (flights or airport transfers, water activities (snorkeling, scuba diving and free diving), drinks and items from the bazaar, cafeteria or Bedouin lounge.
Additional classes: €25 per person per session.
A minimum of 3 participants is required, otherwise our normal yoga schedule is available.
Yoga Rental Items
General Terms & Conditions of our price lists
- Accommodation rates are calculated on a per person per night basis according to the season in which each individual night falls.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Marsa Shagra & Marsa Nakari group discounts: #11, #21, #30 receive free transfer, accommodation & diving package (full package only).
- Wadi Lahami group discounts: #8, #16, #24 receive free transfer, accommodation & diving package (full package only).
- In some high season periods, including feast periods, reservations are only accepted on a non-refundable basis and our standard cancellation policy does not apply. You may be asked for a non-refundable deposit of up to 100% of the value of your reservation to secure your booking. You will be advised of this at the time of reservation.
- In non-high season periods and non-feast periods you may be asked for a deposit up to 50% of the value of your reservation and our standard cancellation fees will apply.
- Our standard cancellation fees are strictly applicable to pre-booked accommodation, diving and transfers: more than 30 days before arrival: 20%, 15-29 days before arrival: 30%, 7-14 days before arrival: 50%, 6 days or less before arrival: 80%, no show: 100%.
- Compulsory €7 for hyperbaric chamber support program will apply for all divers and be charged on-site.
- Cash payment in €, $, LE, GBP.
- 5% discount for cash payments in €, $USD and £ on site
- Credit Card Payments for foreigners at all villages will be made in USD. Visa & Mastercard transactions incur a 3% bank fee.
- All rates mentioned include applicable taxes and service charges.
- On arrival, clients with pre-booked reservations through a registered partner agent or tour operator should submit their voucher indicating the services that have already been paid for. Services will be offered strictly according to the voucher presented on-site.
- Transfer prices are person per way and are not charged for children aged under 6 years old.
- Transfers are also available from other locations on request, including Luxor and Aswan. Please contact us in advance for prices. Transfers from other locations need to be booked at least 3 days in advance and additional information may be requested for the processing of permissions.
- Diving activities cannot be guaranteed for those who have not prebooked.
- Pets are not allowed at any of our locations. Guests who arrive with a pet will be refused entry and standard cancellation fees will apply.
- Prices for some services may change after publication of our price lists. Services prebooked before changes are published will be honoured at the old prices.
