We are happy to announce that the first stage of our solar energy installation is almost complete and very soon one third of the electricity requirements in Marsa Shagra will be provided from our own on site solar farm.
In order to support this initiative we are introducing a €5 per guest per stay (in Shagra only!) environmental charge. This will be charged on site to the final bill of our guests with planned effect from 1st January 2017 regardless of the duration of the stay. We will be testing the reliability of the electricity supply throughout December.
Rest assured, we will not begin to charge this fee until the service is fully implemented and running well.If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we hope you will be as happy as we are about this positive environmental step we have taken.
