Many of you have been asking how you can support RSDS during this time, and we know you are all longing to book your next trip! We would like to thank you all for your wishes and assure you that as soon as we get the permission from the authorities, we will be open again and waiting to welcome you.
The most important priority for us at the moment is to support our 350+ employees and their families, and our staff continue to receive their salaries through paid vacation while they are at home. When this situation is over and we gradually return to normal, we know that you want to see the same faces greeting you when you arrive at Marsa Shagra, Marsa Nakari or Wadi Lahami.
We are launching a prepay voucher offer to enable to you to benefit from paying towards your future stay now, and as a thank you we will offer a 10% bonus on the value of the voucher you purchase. (e.g. prepay €100 and receive €110, prepay €250 and receive €275, prepay €500 and receive €550, etc). Vouchers can be used against any item on your final invoice and will be deducted at checkout.
Any amount can be purchased and we will add 10% to the value of the purchase.
You have up to 12 months to use the voucher from the date we officially reopen (to be confirmed) and travel restrictions are lifted from your country. If you purchase the voucher after we reopen and travel is already possible, the voucher will be valid from the date of purchase.
Any remaining balance will be valid for a further 12 months from the check out date. No balance will be carried forward for more than 2 years from the date of reopening.
Even if you have booked your package through a partner tour operator, you can prepay a voucher for your on-site extras (diving equipment, diving excursions, cafeteria extras, etc).
Vouchers can be used in conjunction with other special offers and promotions.
Vouchers are transferable to other people as long as you notify us with the name of the receiver - you can also buy vouchers as a gift!
When buying your voucher you will be given a serial code, and you must quote this when making your reservation.
Payment for the voucher will be required by credit card or bank transfer. We strongly recommend using credit card in order to avoid bank transfer fees. We cannot be responsible for money deducted during bank transfers and will apply the 10% bonus according to the amount we receive.
Kindly note that for Egyptian residents, the voucher cannot be redeemed for arrivals during the following dates: May 2020, 26 Jun - 5 July, 22 July - 9 August.
